Welcome to Stanwood Cinemas – a five screen, first run theater, in the Stanwood Pavilion alongside restaurants and other businesses. Just in time for its 20th anniversary the theater has recently enjoyed a number of improvements including new seats with cup holders, new carpeting. The theaters continue to feature state-of-the-art digital projection and Dolby sound offering the latest presentation technology.

  • Adults: $14.00
  • Senior (age 65+): $11.25

  • 3D: $2 surcharge
  • Online Ticket fee: $1.50

R-rated movies: age 17+. Special event pricing may vary. Senior tickets ages 65+. Child tickets ages 1-11.

About Far Away Entertainment

Far Away Entertainment is a collection of six small town community movie theaters in Western Washington. Local partners and owners believe in bringing the silver screen to small towns where the “big guys” don’t exist. The theatre group includes historic sites, single screens and pavilion multiplexes, but each location is dedicated and integrated with the community where it is and hosts events, fundraisers, special and private events, and school groups in addition to movies.
