Welcome to The Historic Admiral Theater.

The Historic Admiral Theater just completed a $1.7 million renovation and expansion to four screens while retaining all landmarked historical features, including underwater appliqué murals exposed for the first time in more than four decades. The theater has a beautiful ship like quality and the original murals from the 40’s, complete with sea-horse etched chandeliers. It’s a real neighborhood theater with a fascinating history.

About Far Away Entertainment

Far Away Entertainment is a collection of eight small town community movie theaters in Western Washington. Local partners and owners believe in bringing the silver screen to small towns where the “big guys” don’t exist. The theatre group includes historic sites, single screens and pavilion multiplexes, but each location is dedicated and integrated with the community where it is and hosts events, fundraisers, special and private events, and school groups in addition to movies.
